Lemons

Extremely high source of antioxidants (which help fight off cancer). 
Great source of Vitamin C.
Contains Vitamin A.
Contains cartenoids.

"To make lemon water to increase your intake of antioxidants, add the juice of half of one fresh medium or large lemon into half a glass of water. Drink the lemon water through a straw whenever possible to reduce acid erosion of your teeth. Also, keep in mind that lemon water may cause side effects such as heartburn, or oral allergy syndrome --- if you are allergic to lemons (1)."

Add lemon (other citrus helps, but is not as potent) to your green tea, which is well known as an excellent source of antioxidants, to absorb 5x more of the tea's antioxidants. Read more about it's chemical effect ...
